God’s Answers to Most Asked Questions
Is There Really a God? How Can We Know for Sure?
We Know for Sure God Exists;
- By CREATION
(Psalm 19:1), The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.
What are some mind-boggling things of creation that inspire you to believe God created it?
- Perfect balance and timing of it all!
- The earth rotates every 24 hours.
- Every 365 days it completes one revolution.
- The distance between the earth and sun is exactly what is needed to give us the temperatures we need.
- The Earth with all its’ life forms
- The Wonder of The Human Mind and Body
● The heart pumps 2,000 gallons of blood around the body every day
● The average heart beats around 100,000 times a day — perhaps 35 million times a year!
● Inside the human body you can find 60,000 miles of blood vessels. That’s the equivalent of going around the world over two times — which is a mind-boggling distance.
● Human eyes can differentiate between more than seven million colors, and your nose can recognize thousands of different scents.
● Information zooms along nerves at about 248mph
● The brain is a fascinating and mysterious organ in the human body that is incredibly complex. In fact, many experts will be as bold to say that the brain is the single most complex creation in the universe.
- By the BIBLE, GOD’S WORD

- He is omnipresent (everywhere at once)
- He is omnipotent (all powerful)
- His wonderful plan for the future and how He wants us all to be part of His coming kingdom where there will be nothing but joy, righteousness and peace!
- By simple Reasoning
- By the Evidence
Fill in the blank; “An atheist primarily does not lack faith, but rather, he lacks Evidence”
Considering the above, would you agree with this following statement?
(Psalm 14:1), The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.”…
How Do I Know That the Bible Is God’s Word? Did Not Man Write the Bible?
Yes, man did write down the Words of God, but it was God that gave man the Words;
(2 Timothy 3:16), All scripture is given by INSPIRATION OF GOD…
(2 Peter 1:20-21), knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
We know the Bible is God’s Word by its accuracy!
- The Bible Is PROPHETICLLY Accurate
What are some of the amazing prophesies the Bible has revealed to you?
- The fulfillment of over 400 prophecies concerning just the first coming of the Lord Jesus Christ

- The Bible Is SCIENTIFICALLY Accurate
What are some of the amazing scientific discoveries proving the Bible’s accuracy?
- Discovery that our bodies are made up of the same elements that dirt is made up of (August 28,2023, the European Journal of Soil Science) (Genesis 2:7)
- The discovery of our “Milky Way” – “stars as the sands of the sea” (Gen. 22:15-17)
- Discovery of a huge body of water above us in outer space. (NASA’S Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology, July 22, 2011) (Genesis 1 :6-8)
- Most effective disease-preventing measure anyone can practice – wash hands with running water (Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta) (Lev.15:13)
- The Earth hangs upon NOTHING, (not on a turtle or elephant or Atlas)!!! (Job 26:7)
- The Bible Is SOCIALLY Accurate
Name some;
- (Matthew 22:39) = Love your neighbor as thyself.
- (Exodus 20:1-17) = Don’t kill, steal, bear false witness, or covet your neighbors’ goods. Honor your father and mother in the Lord. Do not commit adultery.
- (Ephesians 5:22-25) = Wives, love your husbands, and husbands, love your wives.
- (Ephesians 6:1-2) = Children, obey your parents in the Lord.
- (Romans 13:1-7) = Respect government. Government is to be a help to the people in all honesty.
- (Matthew 25:34-40) = Help out the poor, but the poor are to be responsible also to do their best
- The Bible Is HISTORICALLY Accurate
Fact – Not one historical or archeological discovery has ever contradicted the historical account of the Bible. On the contrary, they have confirmed its accuracy.
Sir William Ramsay, a renowned 19th Century archaeologist and historian, initially skeptical of the Bible’s historical accuracy, came to believe that Luke’s account in the New Testament, particularly in the Book of Acts, was remarkably accurate based on his archaeological findings, essentially concluding that Luke was a trustworthy historian who meticulously detailed historical events and geographical locations in his writings; this shift in perspective is often cited as a testament to the reliability of the biblical text.
Isn’t Everybody a Child of God? Don’t We All Believe in the Same God?
We are all of God’s creation but not all are the children of God. You become a child of God by being “born again”, by having faith in Jesus Christ as your Savior and sacrifice for your sins.
Jesus said in (John 3:3), …Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
- Not everyone is BORN AGAIN
(Galatians 3:26) says, For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.
- Not everyone has real genuine FAITH in Christ Jesus.
(John 1:12) says, But as many as received Him (received Jesus Christ into your heart for forgiveness of sin), to them (those who receive Christ) He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His (Jesus) name:
- Not everyone has RECEIVED Christ into their heart.
Jesus tells the priests in (John 8:44) who were out to kill Him, “You are of your father the devil,”
- Not everyone is a CHILD of God.
I’m Doing the Best I Can. I’m A Good Person. Won’t God Accept Me?”
God does not accept anyone based on their good works or deeds, but rather He accepts them only on their FAITH in Him.
(Ephesians 2:8-9), For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves (not by your good deeds); it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
If we were saved by earning salvation, then it would no longer be a GIFT from God.
On the other hand, God does not accept someone who has an insincere or shallow belief. A true belief in Christ will cause change in your life.
(James 2:14,17,18,26), What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him?… Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works…For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
We are not saved by faith PLUS works, but by a faith THAT works.
I have asked Jesus to be my Savior, but I am struggling with sin? Am I really a child of God?
There is a difference between “STRUGGLING” with sin in comparison to “PRACTICING” sin, according to God’s Word.
(Hebrews 12:5-7), And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: “My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him; For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives.” If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten?
(1 John 3:7-10), Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins (practices sin) is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning… In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother.
It’s Too Late! How Could God Love and Forgive a Sinner Like Me?
Paul the apostle, before he received Christ as his Savior, had Christians killed for their faith and trust in Jesus. But even he was able to be forgiven and became a child of God.
(1 Timothy 1:15), This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.
What are other examples or verses in the Bible expressing God’s willingness to forgive?
- The thief on the cross (Luke 23:42-43)
- Those who actually drove the nails through His hands and feet! (Luke 23:34)
- The “prodigal son” (Luke 15:11-32)
- (2 Peter 3:9) – The Lord is… not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
I Am Still Young and Have Plenty of Time. Don’t I?
How does the warning in (Proverbs 27:1) answer that? There is no guaranty you have tomorrow! Do not boast about tomorrow, For you do not know what a day may bring forth.
When should a person make the decision to be saved according to (2 Corinthians 6:2)?
NOW is the accepted time…. NOW IS THE DAY OF SALVATION.
Look what Jesus said about a man who thought he had many years ahead of him.
(Luke 12:19-20), And I will say to my soul, “Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years; take your ease; eat, drink, and be merry.” But God said to him, ‘Fool! This night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have provided?’
I’m A Catholic / Baptist / Methodist / etc., etc.
God is not concerned what you call yourself or what “labels” you use. According to (Romans 10:9), what is He really concerned about?
Whether you have His Son and His Word IN YOUR HEART.
Which following statement is true according to (John 3:36)?
☐ He who is a Baptist or Catholic or Methodist, has everlasting life; and he who is not a Baptist or Catholic or Methodist shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.
☐ He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.
According to (1 John 5:11-13), where do we find eternal life and how do we obtain it?
We find it in the very person of Jesus and obtain it by believing in Him
Are Heaven and Hell Real?
Jesus tells us that both are real, literal places!
(Matthew 11:23), And you, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to hell…
(Luke 16:23-24), And in hell he (the rich man) lift up his eyes being in torments, and… cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
(Matthew 5:12), Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in heaven…
(Luke 15:7), I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents…
I Do Not Believe God Would Send Anyone to Hell…. Does He?
God has no desire to cast anyone to hell.
(2 Peter 3:9), The Lord is…not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
His concern that none should perish is so strong, that He allowed Himself to be crucified for us. But if one rejects the Lord Jesus Christ and refuses to have faith in God’s Word, He, as a righteous judge, has no choice.
(Revelation 20:15), And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
(John 8:24), Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.
(Psalm 9:17), The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.
What About All the Hypocrites in the Church?
Hypocrites will have to give an account for themselves just like you will have to give an account for yourself. God will not accept anyone using others as an excuse for not doing God’s will in their life. Love and obey God with all your heart that you may be able to warn and help those living in constant hypocrisy.
(Matthew 7:3-5), And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
I Cannot Become a Christian Because My Family Will Reject Me. Won’t God Understand?
Jesus says in (Matthew 10:37), He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.
Is Christ Really Coming Again? Will It Be Soon?
Jesus promised that He will return!
(John 14:2-3), “… I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
(1 Thessalonians 4:16-17), For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
We also know that His coming is near by the events that are taking place all around us. Jesus said in Matthew 24 that just before His coming, there will be a great increase in wars, famine, pestilence and earthquakes. All over the earth we see an increase in these, NOW, in our generation like never before!
Jesus said in the last days there will be a great decline in morality like in the days of Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah where homosexuality will be a common practice. Even five years ago, we have never seen anything like we are seeing TODAY with the homosexual movement!
Jesus said in the last days, Israel will be a nation once again. Historians once believed it to be impossible. Israel ceased to be a nation over 2,500 years ago and they said it is impossible for it to be a nation again. They do not doubt this anymore. Since 1948AD, Israel has been declared a nation once again, just like Jesus said it would be in the last days in Matthew 24!
There is so much more to say on this subject, but space does not permit us for now.
Can I Know for Sure That I Am Going to Heaven?
YES! DEFINITLY!
The Bible tells us that we can know for sure that we are going to heaven by;
1. Beginning in Christ
(2 Corinthians 6:2), “…behold, NOW is the accepted time; behold, NOW is the DAY of salvation.”
You begin in Christ by;
a) Admitting you are a lost sinner in need of salvation.
Please read (Romans 3:10,23) and also (Luke 19:10)
b) Believing with all your heart that Jesus is the Lord (God manifest in the flesh) that came to shed His blood and be your sacrifice on the cross and that He rose from the dead and is able to save you from sin and hell.
(Acts 8:36-37; 16:30-31); (Romans 10:9-13)
c) Repent by;
– Feeling truly sorry for the sins you have committed.
– Have a true, genuine desire to want to turn away from these sins and not commit them again.
– Ask God right now to forgive you of all the sins (whether “big or small”) that you ever committed.
Jesus said in (Luke 13:3), …unless you repent you will all likewise perish.
d) Receive Christ right now by faith to come into your heart.
(John 1:12) (Romans 10:13) (Revelation 3:20)
e) Thank the Lord with joy and gladness for saving you, forgiving you and for coming into your heart!
Below is an example of a prayer you might want to say;
“Dear Lord, right here and now I confess to you that I am a sinner and need you so much because you are the only one who could save me from my sin. I believe with ALL my heart that you died on the cross for me to shed your blood for the forgiveness of my sins and that you rose from the dead and are in heaven now. Please forgive me of all my sins and help me to never commit them again. I ask you Lord Jesus to, please, right now, come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. Thank you for answering my prayer!”
2. Continuing In Christ
We can know for sure we are going to heaven because our love and faith in Christ compels us to CONTINUE IN HIM. The following will be evidence of true saving faith;
Keeping God’s Word in Your Heart.
(John 8:51) (1 John2:24-25) (Luke 8:15) (1 Corinthians 15:1-2)
Your Faith Producing Good Works;
– Join a local Bible believing Church where the Bible is PROPERLY taught. (Hebrews 10:25)
– Get baptized as soon as possible by immersion, not sprinkling. (Acts 2:38; 8:36-39) (Matthew 28:19-20)
– Keep the commandments that our Lord has given us because of love. John 2:3-5); (Galatians 5:19-21) (Hebrews 12:14-15)
– Tell others about the great things Christ has done for you and how they need to be saved. (Matthew 10:32) (Luke 8:38-39) (Acts 1:8) (2 Timothy 2:12)
There Are Many Churches; What Church Should I Attend?
The kind of church group that Jesus would want you to be part of is one that will encourage you to DISCOVER Jesus, DEVELOP a true relationship with Jesus, and DISPLAY Jesus in your life. It will be a church that promotes the following;
- Teaches that the Bible is the only authority of all matters of faith and practice (Psalm 138:2) (Psalm 12:6-7) (Proverbs 30:6)
- Believes God is a trinity. (1 John 5:7kjv); (Matthew 28:19)
- Uplifts Jesus Christ as God. (John 1:1-3, 14) (Isaiah 9:6-7) (John 20:27-28)
- Teaches salvation is by God’s grace through faith, through a childlike faith that is to continue in our heart and that it is not by the works of the law, but rather by a FAITH that produces good works in us. (See questions 5,6,15)
- Is evangelistic, encouraging its’ members to tell others about Christ and to be involved in supporting evangelism to save the lost. (Acts 1:8) (2 Timothy 4:5) (Mark 16:15)
- Shows a real love for the Lord Jesus Christ and for each other. (Matthew 22:36-39) (John 13:35)
